Description:Summary:
The Field Support Specialist is responsible for providing assistance with inquiries via the HRMS Help Desk
regarding data processing policies and procedures; and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the
business or as assigned by management. This is a nonexempt position and typically reports to the Manager Garnishment and Field Support.
Essential Functions:
Assists with training HR field reps on proper policy and procedure
Responds appropriately to all phone inquiries made via the HRMS Help Desk in a timely and
professional manner; directs issues to the appropriate resources as needed
Performs other duties such as reproducing W2 duplicate requests, address changes for terminated
associates, and backup responsibilities to other team members
• Assists with garnishment inquiries and research
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
Associate’s degree preferred
Requires 1-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
Requires knowledge of general HR policies and procedures
Requires demonstrated attention to detail skills
Requires excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Requires the ability to maintain information in confidence
