Description:

Summary: The Field Support Specialist is responsible for providing assistance with inquiries via the HRMS Help Desk regarding data processing policies and procedures; and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a nonexempt position and typically reports to the Manager Garnishment and Field Support. Essential Functions:  Assists with training HR field reps on proper policy and procedure  Responds appropriately to all phone inquiries made via the HRMS Help Desk in a timely and professional manner; directs issues to the appropriate resources as needed  Performs other duties such as reproducing W2 duplicate requests, address changes for terminated associates, and backup responsibilities to other team members • Assists with garnishment inquiries and research

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:  Associate’s degree preferred  Requires 1-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment  Requires knowledge of general HR policies and procedures  Requires demonstrated attention to detail skills  Requires excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills  Requires the ability to maintain information in confidence
