Description:This role is responsible for providing support to the Leadership Team as well as coordinating administrative support to restaurants ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a part-time role for 3 days a week.
Major functions include:
• Responsible for office management tasks (purchase of supplies, groceries, office decor) including event logistics.
• Be main contact for office mail and distribution.
• Coordinate expense reports for support team on time.
• Prepare and coordinate presentations, including graphics and charts for business meetings and regional events.
• Organize PDF’s conversion of financial results & emailed to each restaurant on a monthly basis.
• Promote pleasant business environment by being a Champion of the AmFoods culture with the team.
• Support the restaurants with the organization and storage of historical transactions/receipts.
• Be the main contact for IT support to RSC and escalate when needed to outsourced vendor.
• Support other team activities/projects as required.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills (Office Suite: Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• High work ethics essential. Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Self starter - ability to take initiative and follow through to meet deadlines. Sense of urgency.
• Social media, digital calendars, and spreadsheets knowledge is a plus.
• Flexibility and teamwork mindset to deal with the unexpected effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (writing and speaking) preferred.
