Description:Bakers create traditional as well as unique baked goods that appeal to Fiesta's customers. The basic ingredients used by a baker are butter, eggs, flour, sugar, and milk...which make Fiesta's bakeries "scratch" bakeries. Specific responsibilities included in a baker's job include measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes; cleaning and maintaining work area and coolers; ensuring the beautiful presentation and quality product that makes Fiesta bakeries "world-class." A very successful baker at Fiesta would, of course, have well-developed technical skills and would be enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge with others and be an inspiration and mentor to his teammates. And, a world-class baker would also be able to engage and inspire customers so that they catch the Fiesta pride and enthusiasm.
Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must demonstrate knowledge of baking techniques.
Must be able to work as a team member and interact positively with customers.
Capable of following verbal directions.
