Description:The Supply Chain Coordinator will coordinate buying/ordering for Snap Kitchen’s perishable and non perishable food buying department within the production kitchen. The successful candidate will have experience working in a rapidly changing business environment and must have the ability to multi task. You will report directly to the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager and the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:• Track inbound deliveries
o Utilization of Excel
o Strong communication skills
• Coordinate on hand inventory for production while keeping a reasonable days on hand
• Verify shipments and receipt of order in-full
o Utilize outlook
o Cross reference with purchase order
o Timely and detailed communication
• Count Inventory
• Communicate/identify gaps in products needed to fulfill production demands
• Calculate volumes and effectively forecasting the kitchen's needs
o Utilization of supply & demand calculations
o Understand sales forecast vs. production forecast
o Forward looking perspective to supply demand with a 1-week lead-time
• Calculate Demand Replenishment
o Weekly demand levels
o Ability to replenish stock based on weekly demand analysis
o Proven ability to meet production targets
• Ability to set Goals and see them through to the finish line
• Investigate and communicate order errors/corrections
Additional Info:• 3-5 years’ supply chain experience within retail/food industry
• Highly proficient in excel, a technical test will be part of the interview process
• 3 years’ experience forecasting demand, inventory management and invoice management
• Ability to thrive within a fast past business environment
• Excellent communication skills
