Description:

Jeni’s Ice Cream is currently searching for a Shift Leader for our Local Fulfillment Team in Columbus. The shift leader will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 fulfillment drivers through their daily activities. He or she will organize the team’s schedule to successfully deliver retail shops orders, special requests to internal and external customers, and inventory cycle counts throughout our fulfillment center. Managing a fleet of 5-10 vehicles in terms of safety and maintenance is another large aspect of the role.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who: • Currently holds a Class B CDL License • Has 2-3 years of professional leadership experience. • Is organized and excels in a team environment • Is energetic with great communication skills • Has strong problem solving skills • Has a knowledge and appreciation of the best ice cream on the planet.
