Description:

Personnel Coordinators are responsible for proper administration and processing of personnel paperwork in the stores. Also, they serve as the store level Human Resources contact person. Primary responsibility is to establish positive relationships with employees, while supporting the Human Resources function.

Requirements:

· HR experience preferred. · High School Diploma/GED Equivalent · Excellent communication skills; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). · Excellent organizational skills; can maintain a well-organized office. · Possesses excellent human relations skills—empathy, approachability, sensitivity, confidentiality—yet can be candid in a respectful way. · Has well-developed leadership skills and a professional appearance and demeanor. · Must be at least 18 years of age.
