Description:

Brings analytical expertise and strategic insight to the Org. Development function and HR/Cross-Functional Leaders. Owns projects (both strategic and tactical) from concept to implementation that support RSC and Field strategy. Provides logistical and analytical support as needed. Project Management (45%) •Strategic thought partner on US employee engagement initiatives. Under guidance of OD Leader, own Franchisee, RSC, and field employee engagement surveys (including vendor management, SME, planning, and analysis) •Assists in the creation of and maintains continued enhancements for signature programs with short- and mid-term focus (e.g., Colonelology and TM Onboarding) •Support the development of material creation for both the field and RSC development and engagement programs using advanced creative tools (including Piktochart, Go Animate, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign). Supports materials including Learning Nuggets, interactive PDFs, and infographics Analysis (35%) •Partners with OD Leader and cross-functional partners on how to drive employee engagement and development programs through big data •Provides analytical, logistical, and other OD-related support to OD Leader and cross-departmental partners Communication (20%) •Own Building People Capability Cycle calendar, communications, and alignment with Yum!/KFC Global •Effectively communicate, through written and oral means, results, ideas and recommendations •Serves as point of contact for vendors and internal customers

Requirements:

•Education/Certifications – Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field preferred •Experience – 1-3 years of years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or Training •Knowledge of and expertise working with OD/HR tools, systems, processes, and practices is a plus •Demonstrated ability to work through complex and ambiguous business issues and identify, develop, and implement appropriate interventions •Strong project management and execution skills •Ability to think strategically and systemically with flexibility to act tactically •Ability to influence and gain support for change from a variety of stakeholders at multiple levels •Strong collaborative style •Willingness and desire to lead, take accountability, and learn •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills
