Description:

The position is responsible for leading critical talent management and total rewards analytics and execution. The HR Analyst owns offer letter creation, job description library and org chart management, processing of offers, moves and deactivations, relocation and sign-on reporting, peering total rewards deliverables, developing functional talent and culture scorecards, and serving as brand leader of the fleet program. Total Rewards Support •Support the review, editing, and consistency of Job Descriptions with Total Rewards Leader •Ensure Job Descriptions are accurate and up to date •Maintain “The Colonel’s Family Album” on TeamKFC by making updates to functional structures, ensuring Job Descriptions are accurate to transparently share to the organization, as well as update the Open Roles page to notify employees of vacant positions •Prepare offer letters for new hires, promotions, and lateral moves •Ensure templates are updated and accurate •Execute offer letter delivery and signature collection via DocuSign and continue to improve efficiency in the process •Process offers in partnership with Payroll •Act as KFC Brand Leader for the Wheels fleet program by partnering with the Yum Fleet Administrator. Support the relationship with our program participants by communicating with the vendor for vehicle receipt, buyouts, and additional administration. •Support job leveling and compensation recommendations by peering total rewards analyses •Partner with Total Rewards Leader on wellness initiatives and program execution. Lead the KFC Wellness Communication Plan in partnership with Internal Communications. HR Business Partner Support •Lead Building People Capability cycle administration through Mid-year and year-end cycle logistics planning & support •Collect and store completed documents (Goals & Results Form, Development Plans, etc.) •Work with KFC Global to deliver critical talent information on an annual basis •Provide tracking, support, and administration of relocation and sign-on bonus budgets; partner with Finance to analyze and communicate variances; partner with Yum Relocation to communicate the initiation of new relocation agreements. •Own Org Charts, including development, updates, and audits •Own and develop functional talent and culture scorecards to inform business on our progress against talent management efforts and goals •Own talent management reporting and miscellaneous HR analytics •Act as HRG to KFC Help Desk in partnership with the HR Business Partner. Serve as main point of contact for issues involving performance, structural changes, etc.

Requirements:

•Education/Certifications – Bachelor’s degree preferred. •1-3 years’ experience in a related HR role preferred. •Ability to perform multiple priorities in a high impact, fast paced environment •Strong attention to detail and accuracy •Familiarity with HR processes & tools; ability to partner with business leaders at all levels •Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and strong operational focus •Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills •Well-organized, self-starter with strong time management skills •Strong follow up skills & ability to hold accountability at all levels of the organization •Ability to take people with you through proactive communications and with a team player mindset.
