Wash Me Express, a car wash near the Nashville International Airport (BNA), is looking to hire car wash site managers. The car wash manager is responsible for the daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. This will include customer relations, car wash maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, financial accountability and most importantly ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered to each customer. • Assure excellent customer experience for every customer, every time • P&L responsibility • Ability to supervise work of others • Ability to learn quickly • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • To work as part of a team • Must be able and willing to work flexible schedule • Daily, weekly and monthly reports • Personally handle customer complaints or issues • Constant training of associates, optimally staffed, associates are fully trained in all aspects of current job • Manage inventory/ordering • Constant supervision and upkeep of premises • Previous car wash work experience not required • Ensure all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines • Anticipate customers and location needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for visual cues

Additional Info:

Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping. - 5+ years in the car wash industry preferred - 3+ years management experience - Willingness to work weekends and long hours - Ability to meet and exceed company goals: profitability, turnover, revenue, new customer conversion etc. - Excellent communication skills - Professional demeanor and dress - Car-wash related certifications preferred - Active in industry networking groups a plus
