Title: Human Resources/Executive Administrative Assistant Classification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Vice President of Human Resources Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Human Resources/Executive Administrative Assistant to join the Corporate HR Team. Our ideal candidate is looking to be a key enabler to our culture of success. The Human Resources, Executive Administrative Assistant will support VPHR administratively, and support all corporate HR initiatives as directed by VPHR. General Duties and Responsibilities • Writes professional Company policies and procedures as they relate to personnel, with information and instructions gathered from meetings and/or directly from VPHR. Revises Employee Handbook and other policies and procedures as amended by VPHR • Maintains electronic library of Company policies, and sends out revisions to appropriate teams as directed by VPHR • Prepares Spanish translations of policies and procedures, memos, and other documents as assigned. • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics • Assist in coordinating HR projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, note taking, follow up and gathering of information • Assists with coordination, preparation, communication of company-wide event planning, regulation and compliance, etc. • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions • Deliver projects efficiently so that tasks are completed on time and problems are anticipated or resolved quickly • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries • Perform additional administrative duties and assignment that help ensure a smooth and efficient business process Knowledge and Skills • Commitment to and ability to facilitate the adoption of Vallarta’s Core Values • Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering extraordinary customer service. • Project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning, time management, decision-making, presentation and organization skills • Outstanding editing, writing, and critical reasoning skills • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual Spanish (fluent: read, write, and speak) • Excellent people skills and able to influence others • Adept in Technology, demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products (Word/Excel/Power Point and Office), including the ability to create charts and graphs • Savvy internet and website navigation required • Strong typing skills • Ability to maintain professional conduct and confidentiality • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet agreed-on deadlines. • Able to work with minimal supervision and accomplish expectations • Meticulous attention to detail Minimum Required Education and Experience • Associates degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting to executive level Physical Demands • May also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time • Will be required to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a Non-Exempt Level Position; Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Flexibility in schedule to work extended hours, including some Saturdays, to complete the job. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and employees may perform other duties as directed. Requirements:

Minimum Required Education and Experience • Associates degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting to executive level

If you apply in-person or come to our store(s) as part of the application process, we may need to take your temperature or other similar information as part of our health protection policies. However, this information is not retained. • Inferences. We gather information about your employment history with Vallarta, such as the company location/facility to which you are assigned, position and description of duties, fulltime and part-time status, pay rate, as well as descriptions about your job performance and skills.
