Description:

Position Overview The Asset Protection Support Clerk’s responsibility is to assist the Asset Protection department in a multitude of administrative duties which support the team in achieving company goals. General Duties and Responsibilities: • Process requests from the Cell Phone Program which includes ordering, troubleshooting, activation, cancellation, and billing analysis. • Manage the Hotel Program which includes making reservations, cancellations and reconciling all accounting expenses for submittal. • Assist with the Loaner Vehicle Program • Oversee the Lost and Found Program by receiving, logging and reconciling any lost property and money orders. • Create team member access control cards. • Assist AP Coordinator and AP Management as needed, help with projects and regular office duties as requested, answering phones, researching price on parts and equipment, etc. Knowledge and Skills: • Strong clerical skills • Strong motivational skills • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Promoting a positive and desirable atmosphere within the department • Adaptable, ability to multitask • Knowledge in Word, Excel, PPP, Outlook, copier/printer, phone etc. • Very strong oral and written communication skills Required Education and Experience: • High School Diploma and/or equivalent • 2 years of clerical, administrative and/or office environment or similar • Bilingual Spanish (fluent: read, write, and speak) Physical Demands: • May also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials at times • Requires prolonged sitting or standing • This position requires up to 5% travel for business needs • Typical physical demands or activities include climbing, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching and walking Position Type/Expected Hours of Work • This is a full time non-exempt level position • Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (available to a flexible schedule based on needs). • Open to work Weekends and Holidays This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and employees may perform other duties as directed.
