Position: Kronos Support Clerk Classification: Non-Exempt Full Time Reports To: Director of Workforce Management Job Summary The Kronos Support TM will be a personable, approachable and positive person who will be responsible for resolving Kronos support issues through a ticketing system. This is an integral member of Kronos Office team responsible for providing customer service to all Vallarta Team Members with focus on supporting stores. The Kronos Support Team Member will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in the Kronos Office. The following are intended to be examples of the accountabilities for which the person in this position is responsible. This position I description is not intended to be a complete or all-inclusive and does not preclude management from assigning other or related functions if such functions are logical assignment for the position. Job Description: • Works closely with the Kronos Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, supporting Kronos for Vallarta Stores, Team Members and Corporate office. • Support store operations on the administration side of the Kronos application to resolve issues with Time Keeping/Scheduler • Assist with such as resolving time card issues and Accrual Vacation and Sick balances • Kronos Support for requests and reporting (as needed) • Track statuses and issues in ticketing system. • Follow-up with Store Managers / Store HR with issues and closure of tickets • Verifying store received forecast, labor forecast, and schedules • Learn and utilize shared computer drives • Assist with preparing training documents, workflows and binders • Review, understand and update documentation • Documenting work efforts as required Knowledge and Skills: • Experience with Kronos application / Biometric finger scanners or previous experience in any integration of Time Keeping/Scheduler system. • (Bilingual) Spanish speaking • Store Market experience would be helpful • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant information to personnel • Ability to prioritize work in a timely and effective manner • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment • Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience High School Diploma Experience with Microsoft Office Resume submittal required Attention to detail, read and count accurately, do simple math. Ability to prioritize all assignments due to tight scheduling requirements. Work in a fast pace environment. Must have a friendly, courteous attitude, and provide extraordinary customer service. Must exhibit a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job, co-workers, and vendors. Must have a positive attitude, towards safety, and be committed to follow all health and safety regulations and/or polices to ensure the well-being of oneself, fellow team members, and vendors. Must be able to work in team environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.

Additional Info:

Experience: • Basic operational use of standard office equipment (computer, printer/fax etc.) • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) • Experience working in a Food/Warehouse Distribution environment a plus but not required. • Experience working in an office environment a plus Language • Basic understanding of English language; reading, writing and speaking. • Basic understanding of Spanish language; reading, writing and speaking.
