Description:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that the Company’s properties operate efficiently. • Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, mowing and snow removal. • Assist in the cleaning and repairing of building fixtures including lights, windows, doors, walls, gutters and drains. Qualifications • Knowledge of safe work behaviors. • Proficient with the tools of the job. Special Position Requirements • Valid Driver’s License and clear driving record. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift 50 pounds. • Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, standing. • Work may be performed within extreme temperature ranges. • Visual ability (uncorrected or corrected) to observe and detect signs of dangerous obstacles. • Ability to erect and climb ladders and scaffolding.
