Job Summary The Social Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of creating, developing and executing social media programs, digital ad campaigns, analytics tracking and SEO initiatives. This role is a vital part of the TooJay’s Marketing team which supports the communication and message of the brand. Primary Responsibility • Generates social media calendars and content that builds brand awareness and engagement. • Respond to all guest comments, posts, questions and reviews in a timely and effective manner. • Work with Guest Relations team to turn disappointments into opportunities to recover and wow our guests. • Manage all social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter as well as paid ads, Google Search, etc. • Lead and execute SEO initiatives and Google Business Page management. • Execute and manage restaurant information changes across all platforms. • Analyze key metrics and track results of paid initiatives and tightly manage budgets to ensure effective payout of all programming. • Checks email frequently and responds appropriately to requests and communications. • Performs other duties as requested by the VP of Marketing. Additional Requirements • Relationship oriented – personable with demonstrated success in developing effective relationships with team members • Team player who holds what is best for the brand as their primary objective • Passionate about the Company, the teams, and the employees and able to convey and leverage that passion • Innovative results oriented strategic thinker with proven ability to execute plans • Ability to monitor social media responses as needed on the evenings and weekends • Clearly conveys information and ideas; strong written and oral communication skills • Independent thinker with a high level of integrity • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals at all levels • Ability to develop authentic, relatable social media content that highlights our brand and brings both current and new guests into our restaurants • Ability to analyze and manage budget to drive measurable results • Can handle multiple high-level tasks at the same time • Highly organized and detail oriented • Can work at a high level of urgency and meet firm deadlines • Understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures • Flexible and long hours required at times. Requirements:
