Description:The Prep Kitchen produces all bread for Chef Daniel Boulud’s seven NYC properties. The bread baker will work solely in bread production in a commissary setting.
Requirements:Scale and prepare ingredients
Mix, shape, and bake dough
Clean machinery
Package finished products
Additional Info:Reports to: Chef Boulanger, Sous Chef Boulanger
