The Director of Private Dining provides leadership and guidance to the private dining team within the restaurant and is responsible for the overall operation of the private dining facility. This involves not only running the PDR facility during an event, but also handling all the preparation before the event and after as well. The Director’s primary responsibility is to lead the PDR team to realize annual sales goals, and at the same time ensure that all client inquiries receive a prompt response, and that all events are well orchestrated by the private dining team, thus exceeding all guest expectations.
