Description:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for consistently providing restaurant guests with friendly and professional service, consistency of execution in an attractive, well-maintained environment and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. He /she is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with each guest in the restaurant. This staff member must oversee the front of house floor staff, ensuring that they abide by the policies and procedures of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will float during service time, paying particular attention to the private dining rooms, bar and lounge.
