Description:

The Fulfillment Coordinator oversees the entire production, order processing, packaging, fulfilment, shipping, invoicing and customer service for all e-commerce and Gift Box orders leading up to, during, and immediately following the holiday season. The Fulfillment Coordinator will work closely with the General Manager and Director of Operations of the Epicerie Boulud to fulfill both online and in-store (or over-the-phone) orders. Coordination of this will take place from the Prep Kitchen, where 90% of orders will be fulfilled and managed; 10% may be packaged and shipped out by the Epicerie Boulud store staff, however the customer service and invoicing for ALL orders will still be handled exclusively by the Fulfillment Coordinator. Fulfillment Coordinator would report to our Director of Operations and work closely with heads of production (Bakery, Charcuterie, Pastry) at the Prep Kitchen to manage ordering during the busy period. Fulfillment Coordinator will also work closely with the Brand Manager on sales and marketing to promote corporate gifts and e-commerce orders.
