Chef Daniel Boulud’s renowned restaurant delights the senses with elegant ambiance, gracious service and delectable menus in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. This Relais & Châteaux member’s award winning contemporary French cuisine is inspired by the seasons and accompanied by world class wines. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for consistently providing restaurant guests with friendly and professional service as well as ensuring our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service. This manager will oversee the front of house floor staff, ensure that they abide by the policies and procedures of the restaurant, participate in monitoring an annual budget, manage labor control and operating expenses and develop relationships with key suppliers and industry associates.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who has an exceptional knowledge of food & beverage, creativity and flair; knowledge of business financials, and an ability to recruit, train and inspire a large staff. The successful candidate will have at least three years of restaurant management experience in a 3 or 4 star restaurant and a strong sense of responsibility. The candidate will possess the ability to lead a team and will produce results.
