Description:

The General Manager of Bar Boulud makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Restaurant as well as the Private Dining Rooms. The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service, manage and develop a team for the entire Restaurant Operation, devise and monitor an annual budget, manage labor control and operating expenses and develop relationships with key suppliers and industry associates. We are looking for an individual who has an exceptional knowledge of food & beverage, creativity and flair; knowledge of business financials, and an ability to recruit, train and inspire a large staff. The successful candidate will have at least five years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, kitchen- driven dining environment, a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to lead a team. We are looking for a manager who will produce results.
