Responsibilities and duties may include the following:
• Answer support phone calls
• Help diagnosis technical problems and provide solutions for the customer
• Helps with implementing changes to the customer’s system through rollouts
• Use service desk software to log calls and track problems
• Configure and manage WiFi networks
• Assist with the installation of new computer equipment

Requirements:Education: Enrolled in an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree program in either Computer Information Systems or Computer Science
Experience: Previous Computer set-up or configuration experience preferred.
