POSITION: Entertainment Manager COMPANY: Tavistock Restaurant Collection, based in Orlando, Fla. Tavistock Restaurant Collection operates several award-winning restaurant concepts including Canvas, Chroma, Boxi Park, Park Pizzas and Brewing Company, Abe & Louie’s, Napa Valley Grille, Joe’s American Bar & Grill, Coach Grill, Atlantic Fish, Cafe del Rey, Blackhawk Grille, Cañonita, Timpano Italian Chophouse, ZED451 and is a part of the Tavistock Group portfolio of companies. REPORTS TO: General Manager LOCATION: Lake Nona, Orlando, FL Tavistock Restaurant Collection is seeking a dynamic Entertainment professional to manage and coordinate all activities relating to Promotion and Entertainment for Boxi Park with potential for growth into Park Pizza & Brewing Co., Canvas, and Chroma. This position requires an individual who is passionate about food, drinks, music, and live events. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, with workdays from Thursday through Monday and hours dependent on the event schedule at Boxi Park. Due to the nature of this position, the position requires open availability, including frequent nights, weekends, and holidays. This includes attendance at all special events. Essential Functions: • Manage entertainment budget for Boxi Park • Support PR strategies, along with PR firm, to promote Boxi Park events • Work with PR firm to set up promotions with local radio, TV outlets, organizations, and other outlets as needed • Deal with various media on-site at Boxi Park events including nights and weekends as needed • Communicate with and answer inquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations • Work collaboratively with TRC marketing team in strategically aligning marketing plans and strategies for all restaurants and Boxi Park • Create, develop, and maintain venue marketing collateral including database emails, ads, and radio spots for all Boxi Park and other restaurant events in coordination with RSC marketing team • Maintain consistent communication with the contracted buyer, artists, and artist representatives • Oversee all entertainment event details, including advertising, production, and staffing. • Coordinate the organization, use, delivery, maintenance, and storage of equipment as needed. • Communicate with artists to coordinate all aspects of production including advancing and tech riders • Manage the planning, promotion, and execution of special events and on-site promotions. • Oversee and manage Boxi Park day-of-event activities, to include the coordination of event production staff. • Maintain and update information on our social networking accounts • Manage all social marketing activities on Facebook and Instagram • Foster community relations through involvement in community initiatives

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience: • Passion for Food, Beverage & Music! • Prior experience dealing with radio promotions and contacts • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook • Two years of previous Event Marketing, Public Relations and/or Promotions experience • College Degree Preferred • Ability to be creative and multi-task in a very dynamic, changing, fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet goals and objectives • Proactive team player with a positive attitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicates assertively and maintains personal integrity • High level of organizational and follow-through skills • Acceptance and interest in all cultures, music and art forms
