Description:

Job Description: Work along with the POPS Team to evolve the POPS platform to be further enhanced for Order Ahead, Mobile and POPS Tipping, and increase deployment success. This role will have a high-level understanding of code and technical application flow and have the ability to look at and analyze critical processes with a keen, technical eye. As a liaison between end-users, product management, and development teams – this role must be able to translate technical requirements into actionable measures and ensure any technical documentation created is aligned with artifacts produced by other teams. Essential Functions • Work closely with business leaders as a liaison between end-users, product management, and development to gather and document user requirements, translating them into user stories • Plans and conducts interviews with project sponsors, stakeholders, and other subject matter experts • Ensures the technical documentation required for project success closely aligns with artifacts produced by Business Analysts and subject matter experts • Coordinate with subject matter experts to document revisions to processes and systems • Supports project team during design, development, and QA testing by clarifying requirements questions • Create and implement new testing procedures, guidelines, and test scripts • Analyze data from a variety of sources (logs, databases, reports) to provide business insights • Advise, coach, and partner with peer analysts on other teams • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to address data infrastructure and reporting needs. Conduct data analyses to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to discussions during sprint planning and user story grooming • Other duties assigned as needed. Education and Work Experience: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Systems Analyst, or similar Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Should possess a good Technical knowledge of: o Databases & queries (RDBMS or No SQL) o Understanding of QA Processes • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Ability to connect with people and to quickly build trust with others • Must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of an integrated development team • Strong Process Document Skills • Ability to use MS tools including Office, Visio, and Project • Facilitation skills • Experience in creating business and functional requirements; organizing, translating and simplifying requirements; and communicating requirements to project teams and project sponsors. • Analytical thinking and problem solving • Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy • Exposure to a variety of applications, environments, systems, and individuals, both at the systems level and in the trenches • Experience with modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques • Organizational skills • Knowledge of business structure • Stakeholder analysis • Business rules analysis • Data analysis • Organization modeling • Requirements workshops/interviews/observation • Decision analysis • Costs benefit analysis Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
