Position Summary The Café Attendant will be in charge of maintaining a clean and welcoming break room for employees in Snap Kitchen’s large USDA facility. This individual will play a vital role in acting as the gate keeper of our employee cafeteria referred to as the “Southwest Café. The Café Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the common area where employee will eat healthy, prepared lunches and take breaks each day. Cafeteria furniture, appliances, and other items must be cleaned on a regular basis throughout the work shift. We strive for our employee Café to act just like a restaurant that is extraordinarily clean. Key Accountabilities • Make sure Café is clean and organized at all times • Wipe café tables before and after each shift meal • Maintain appearance and organization of the Café’s salad bar and fresh fruit bar • Sweep dirt and debris from Café floor on a regular basis • Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils utilizing dishwasher • Unload dishwasher and return all cleaned and sanitized kitchenware to the designed areas • Remove trash and garbage to dumpster area throughout entire shift and properly returns trash cans to designated areas • Mop Café floor and set warning sign at the end of the shift • Maintain order levels of Café supplies (napkins, paper coffee cups, plastic utensils, etc.) and notify manager know when supplies are running low • Stock Café supplies in appropriate designated areas • Place fresh flowers into vases and setting them on Café tables each week, change water in vases once throughout the week • Stock HR Newsletter in appropriate stand when distributed each month • Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and managers • Keep a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

Requirements • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, wipe, reach, bend and lift over 40lbs • Exposure to some potential food allergens such as Shrimp, Soy, Nuts/Nut products, Sesame • Must be able to perform duties that require standing for long periods of time and fast movement • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shift
