What You Will Do at Snap Kitchen: Meet with hiring managers to determine job descriptions Create specific job descriptions and post to the market Source and select candidates for a variety of positions Call the right candidates and perform phone screens Instruct candidates on the nature of the job and interview process Provide screening reports to hiring managers and arrange further interviews Communicate effectively with candidates on the entire interview process, whether the outcome for the candidate is negative or positive Facilitate onsite interviews and the onboarding process Perform other related recruiting duties as assigned by the HR team

Requirements:

Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year university is strongly preferred 4+ years in recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions ranging from Coordinators to C-level. Categories include but are not limited to: technology/IT, finance and accounting, merchandising and planning, and operations. Strong communication and written skills, including via email and over the phone Professional demeanor, presentation, and ability to be an upbeat host to candidates when visiting the Snap Kitchen Home Office for interviews Attention to details and able to perform under tight deadlines Self-starter and team orientated with a desire to help grow the Snap Kitchen team Able to work under pressure and maintain information in confidentiality Intermediate MS office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT etc.) Previous experience in retail or the food and beverage industry a plus Motivation to help further Snap Kitchen’s mission
