Description:

The HRM serves as a consultant to management on people related issues that impact field and corporate based Snap employees. This individual assesses and anticipates HR-related needs to ultimately develop integrated and meaningful solutions. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management; including job design, employee onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, employment cycle changes, and talent management. He or she will act as an employee champion, change agent and business partner for the leadership team while providing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a big impact on our organization! Travel of up to 20% can be anticipated.. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities • Communicates consistently and effectively to provide tactical and strategic guidance on all HR related issues. • Analyzes data, trends and competitive information to develop meaningful solutions, programs and policies. • Acts as the Employee Relations champion and owns the entire ER cycle, resulting in meaningful and compliant recommendations on how to resolve any critical matters. • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Coaches and supports Snap People Leaders in all people related areas (e.g., policy navigation, employee counseling, & development, etc.). • Manages the workers compensation and workplace safety programs. • Owns the full cycle Unemployment program; respond to requests for information in a timely manner and represents Snap Kitchen in defense hearings. • Key presenter on people related initiatives, including training programs, benefit enrollment, performance management, etc. • Key resource for benefits related questions by ensuring an effective and healthy communication with broker and third-party vendors. • Cultural champion that represents Snappiness and instills this style of communication and leadership in every interaction. • Partners closely with Director of HR and collaborates with all HR team members to identify solutions across the department.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or other related discipline. - 5-10 years HR experience, with a minimum of 3 in developing policies/procedures, resolving complex ER matters and servicing multi-site & remote workforces. - Seasoned thought leader with a palpable passion and curiosity for people related solution. - Avid student of changing industry requirements and the metrics that drive results - Solid understanding of the overall HR function. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality in reports and analysis. - Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities. - High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity. - Intellectual curiosity and passion to drive results through data-driven decisions. - Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment a strong positive. - A collaborative team player – concerned with the team’s success as well as individual performance. - Self-starter with high energy levels. - Pro communicator! - “Snappy” (Positive and Enthusiastic). - Resourceful.
