Position Summary Responsible for taking the meal planning product to the next level thru healthy food fueled by data and customer insights, the Lead Registered Dietitian (Lead RD) will ensure that the Snap Kitchen Meal Plan offerings are given a personalized and premium experience for our highest value customers. While closely collaborating with members of the digital and culinary team the Lead RD will ensure that goals and initiatives are aligned with Snap Kitchen’s unwavering nutritional and dietary guidelines to certify an optimal experience. This role will inspire and own a consumer-facing product and embody a passion for the health food and active lifestyle industries. Key Accountabilities - Lead nutrition analysis and feedback throughout the menu development process - Champion and maintain Snap Kitchen’s nutritional and ingredient standards across all channels - Utilize customer insights to guide continuous improvement of existing menu and meal plan offerings and development of future products - Join forces with the Culinary & Innovation team in evaluating and providing guidance and recommendations on third-party products, suppliers, and internal menu designs - Design and maintain meal plan menus that are in line with Snap Kitchen’s nutritional standards and offer an optimal customer experience - Closely collaborate with Meal Planning Product Manager to ensure that customer insights shared cross- functionally to help create the most optimal experience - Identify opportunities to enhance the current menu offering and provide recommendations for meal planning needs and thematics to test or introduce (i.e. should the next meal plan iteration include keto or low sodium offerings?) - Add value for Meal Plan customers by sharing nutritional expertise throughout the customer journey o Guide in-app experience(s) so customers may choose appropriate Meal Plans that most align with their goals o Optimize menu building and substitution functionality of Meal Plans to be as user-friendly as possible - Work closely with the Snap Marketing team on Meal Planning communication strategy, including in-store, email, CRM, push, promotions, third-party partnerships, etc. - Passionately embody the role of nutritional and dietary thought leader for the Snap Kitchen brand through internal (employee communication/training efforts) and external messaging (PR, etc.) - Create written nutritional content for various brand communications including in- store collateral, email, and digital marketing as needed. Provide feedback to content curator/copywriter to ensure that nutritional and dietary stance is locked and accurately represented - Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic alignment

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Nutrition and Dietetics or a 3-year Science Degree followed by a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. - Registered, licensed dietitian and American Dietetic Association member - 3-5 years technical experience - 1 years’ experience with Genesis software - 3 years’ experience of recipe analysis
