Position Summary: The Director of Demand Planning is responsible for all demand planning activities associated with Snap Kitchen. This individual will play a critical role in generating forecasts, analyzing forecasts, and improving forecasts by using historical market trends to incorporate data into current forecasts. This role will manage and execute the demand planning process from the ground up and work closely with various teams to drive change and implementation across all of Snap Kitchen’s markets located throughout the U.S. Key Accountabilities: • Serve as the primary owner and expert of the overall demand planning function • Manage and collaborate with the Demand Plan team to carry out strategic business objectives • Develop accurate demand forecasts across multiple business channels that align with current market trends to ensure supply chain efficiency • Conduct ongoing development of supply chain and inventory strategies to drive customer success and sales initiatives • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Operations teams for consistent forecast inputs • Develop analyses that provide insight and visibility to the business demand • Communicate forecast findings to all levels of the organization • Stay up to date with new forecasting techniques to improve the demand planning process • Review historical demand trends to better understand demand drivers across multiple markets • Identify and track variances to drive process improvements • Establish goals that focus on improving Snap Kitchen’s responsiveness to consumer demands

Requirements:

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other quantitive discipline, preferably MBA • 5-10 years of relevant work experience with demand planning and forecasting • Proficiency using various software and computer applications such as SAP/APO, Manguistics, or Oracle Demand Planning • Proficiency creating and analyzing Excel spreadsheets, and complex algorhythmic demand models • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment • High attention to detail and accuracy
