We are currently seeking a Product Manager to own the newly released meal plan subscription product offering. Since the launch of this product, we have seen great success with customer adoption and contribution to overall revenue for the business. To take this product to the next level, we are seeking someone that has experience with providing fresh approaches that give a personalized and premium experience for our highest value customers. This includes owning a consumer-facing product and a passion for the health food and lifestyle industry. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive, data-driven and reliable problem-solver. If you have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won’t work, enjoy giving a customer surprise and delight moments, changing people’s lives with a healthy lifestyle solution and love to see your ideas come to fruition, we’d like to meet you! What you will do… • Identify product requirements for the meal plan product offering that will contribute top line revenue growth for the company • Follow product development from start to finish, which includes providing feedback on the overall experience, working closely with the engineering team and ensuring the quality of the end product • Make creative recommendations to solve problems, or plan small tests to validate hypotheses, before investing more effort into the solution • Collect and analyze product usage data, feedback from stakeholders and end users, to shape requirements, and prioritize product features and issues • Work on pricing models with finance team to round out meal plan offering • Provide a CRM product that allows for highly personalized messaging • Stay on top of industry leaders that provide personalized and premium experiences for their customer base • Contribute to food innovation by providing data to help drive meal plan menu offering • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic alignment • Maintain product roadmap as business needs change • Ensure products are released on time and frequently communicate to leadership team on progress and major milestones achieved • Develop and execute user acceptance test plan for product releases • Manage product releases with affected parts of the organization (i.e. guide end-user training, develop reports for tracking KPIs, helpdesk, etc.)
