Description:

Position Summary The Learning & Development Manager is accountable for creating and managing the implementation of the strategic training plan for the entire organization. Critical evaluating our existing training needs and current program, by carrying out needs analysis throughout both our operations and corporate environment. The Learning & Development Manager will be part of the Human Resources team and have the opportunity to shape and impact the lives of Snap Kitchen employees. What you will do • Undergo a training needs analysis for all functions of the business and create a roadmap to achieving said goals. • Create powerful and impactful visual training content • Focus training efforts to support business objectives and team development needs, and measure the contributions of the training function to overall business results • Manage timely completion of any required content creation or adaptation of training content • Ensure every operations Manager has a detailed timeline for training program deployment and perform consistent store visits to ensure follow through in key initiatives • Develop an ongoing training and development plan for each operations Manager with specific attention to driving business, leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills • Lead and inspire a world class training team by setting annual goals, coaching and monitoring performance and participating in the ongoing and annual performance review feedback processes • Manage a team of Training Ambassadors to implement training and achieve compliance goals • Serve as a strong and resourceful leader; be able to craft creative solutions with changing business needs and resources • Deliver a strong service focus and background: drive the implementation and maintenance of a strong culture of exceptional service • Manage and maximize annual training budgets

Requirements:

• A degree from a four-year accredited University is required • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in training and development required within the manufacturing, food or retail environment • Extremely knowledgeable in manufacturing SOP’s • Intermediate to advanced PC Skills including all Microsoft Office products • A passion for creating engaging training content suitable for Snap Kitchen’s training and cultural initiatives using company HRIS and online programs • Well versed in training best practices and success factors
