Maintenance Technician: Starting hourly salary of $18 - $22 depending upon experience, plus benefits. Reports to: Maintenance Director Job Summary: The maintenance tech is a full-time role and requires flexibility depending on business needs. Typically however, a 4 day on, 3 day off work week can be expected. This role requires interaction with customers, store and company personnel, and many service providers we rely upon. Travel to most of our locations in and around Twin Falls. Company provided vehicle, tools, uniform, and iPad. Training and opportunity for future advancement. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting and repair of various equipment • Maintenance of interiors and exteriors, multiple buildings and properties • Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment • Completes work orders, performs preventative and scheduled maintenance and repairs of equipment • May assist in installation of new equipment • Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts of equipment • Performs other projects and duties assigned • Works in a manner that promotes job safety at all times by taking all proper and necessary pre-cautions when using equipment, chemicals or otherwise as well as protecting employees and customers by implementing safety pre-cautions at work sites • Promoting excellent customer service and vendor relations. Knowledge, Skills & Requirements: • Experience with minor plumbing and electrical • Highly motivated to work independently and in groups • Good verbal and written communication. Must be able to read and understand detailed instruction manuals and schematics • Must possess; strength, stamina and mobility to regularly perform heavy physical work. Frequently outdoors in all weather conditions. • Able to lift 100lbs occasionally and up to 50lbs regularly • Routinely ascending and descending ladders • Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, be insurable
