Full Time Position Reports To: Maintenance Manager This position preps for painting and paints on company owned properties. Successful candidates must: • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. • Interact professionally with outside parties and other employees. • Work effectively as a team or independently. • Be able to work from a bucket truck, ladders, and scaffolding with the appropriate materials for the job • Have the ability to plan, purchase materials, and complete painting jobs as assigned • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor • Assist/support other areas of general maintenance as needed

Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED, and one year or more related experience working in the painting field.
