Rocket Wash has been voted the Best of Racine and the Best of Kenosha since we opened back in 2017 for all three locations. We are looking for the “Best” candidates with attention to detail. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills and can train and coach a team of 15-20 crew members. Car washing experience is not required. Job description: Ensure all employees are performing their assigned task in a timely manner to ensure our customers receive the best service available. Essential Functions: • Assist Site Leader in achieving financial goals. Control cash and inventory. Complete any necessary reports in accordance with company policy. Balance, log and report deposits, invoices, and coupons. • Assist in all area operations of the car wash including basic maintenance of equipment, scheduling, preparing daily reports while following all company procedures. Assist Crew Members with transactions, troubleshooting, and any other areas as needed. • Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supplies levels. Assist in placing and receiving correct orders of supplies within wash. • Keep car wash and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe. • Participate in interviewing, hiring and reviewing employees following established company guidelines. Observe employee performance and correct and discipline, as needed. Perform necessary verbal and written warnings. • Protect the assets of the company Non-Essential Functions: • Assist customers in resolving concerns in a cheerful and helpful manner. • Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform. • Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, training, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and customers.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to work weekends. Must be capable of leading 15-20 employees in a fast-paced business environment. Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers. Must have strong leadership characteristics. Must be high energy and have a great work ethic. Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. You may be asked by your leader to perform other duties that are not listed above.

Maintain efficient operation of wash and overall cleanliness of the facility. Promote car wash cash sales and engage customers in car wash promotions. Essential Functions: • Greet and acknowledge customers upon arrival at car wash. • Have knowledge of car wash packages and unlimited plans. Assist customer and answer any questions about different car wash packages and provide the best buying experience. • Guide customers into the wash bay. • Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supplies levels and communicate with leaders when low. • Keep car wash, windows and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe. • Light preventative maintenance. • Protect the assets of the company. Non-Essential Functions: • Assist customers in resolving concerns in a cheerful and helpful manner. • Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform. • Must be able to work as an integral part of a team. Assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and customers.
