Assistant Receiving Manager is responsible for assisting the Receiving Manager in planning, directing, and managing the operations of warehouse. Assistant Receiving Manager is responsible for adhering to company’s receiving policies and procedures, and is responsible to report discrepancies to department manager, scan coordinator, and store director. Assistant Receiving Manager is responsible for merchandising products by stocking and displaying products on correct shelf location, facing product label forward, and ensuring correct product label is posted. Assistant Receiving Manager is also responsible to handle merchandise with care to prevent shrinkage. Assistant Receiving Manager is responsible for smiling and greeting all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service and responds to customers’ requests in locating products, to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write basic English.
Understand, speak, read, and write basic Spanish a plus, but not required.
Must be able to perform mathematical operations related to job functions.
Must be able to work in refrigerated coolers and around humidity for short periods of time.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Must have 1 years of receiving experience or 6 month Vallarta experience in receiving area.
• Basic Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Email)
• Experience operating forklift and/or pallet jack
