Description:

Toot’n Totum Human Resources is looking for an outstanding individual to join our team. Human Resources has a full time OFFICE CLERK position available in our human resources department. This is an entry-level non-exempt position, hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. • Keeps HR files and documents organized for multiple companies. Help ensure that documents they are given are stored and labeled correctly for later use • Organizes, cross-references, scans, copy’s and retrieves documents • Managers HR reception desk in tandem with HR Assistant: (Greet Guests, assist with direct paycheck deposit, distribute paper pay checks, applicants, Team Members at reception desk, direct them to appropriate Support Center Team Member, answer questions) • Assists in managing uniform inventory, filling uniform orders and organizing uniforms • Answers telephone, responds to inquiries, takes messages, or directs to appropriate location/person • Cleans and stocks forms, kitchenette • Receives Fed Ex and UPS packages, stores in a locked area and notifies receiver of delivery • Schedules candidates for new hire orientation via phone. Additional Responsibilities will be added after performance and dependability is shown. Pay is $9.00/hour

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively multi-task constantly all day, organize, and remember to stay on task; • Ability to be detail oriented and double check work product; ability to keep track of job responsibilities, • Possess a personality that lends itself to greeting and communicating with all types of individuals, source solutions to resolve people problems. • Basic Computer skills including use of keyboard and mouse • Must be able to operate a copier, fax machine, and scanner Physical Requirements: • Lifting-Be able to lift and carry up to 10-49 lbs • Activity-Stand, Walk, Sit, Push, Pull, Bend/Stoop, Balance, Twist/Reach, Carry, Grasp w/Hands, Squat, Use of Keyboard and Mouse • Hearing-Hear Communication Eqpt and Hear verbal instructions • Cognitive-Reading Basic, Math Basic, Writing Basic, Clear Speech Basic, Speak/Read/Write and Understand English Language, Clerical Tasks, Memorization and Independent decisions • Vision-General • Noise Level- Normal < 85Db • Repetitive Motions-Both Feet and Hands • Environmental Factors- Concentrated Soaps & Cleaning Solutions

Additional Info:

Education required: High School Diploma or GED Salary: The position pays $9/hr to start off with potential for a raise at 90 days if performance indicates success and dependability. Thereafter, raises are annually.
