Title: Assistant Manager Reports To: General Manager As a primary management team member, the Assistant Manager works directly with the General Manager in the overall operations of the store. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager would act as store leader in the absence of the General Manager. Follows all health, safety and sanitation guidelines. • Manages to shift schedule and utilizes deployment tools to maximize shift performance • Manages inventory needs by ordering, receiving and storing items according to procedures • Follows cash management and cash register policies and ensures all Crew always follow procedures Qualifications • Must be Happy and Positive with a collaborative leadership style • Must have at least 1-2 years of Restaurant Management experience within The Fast Casual, QSR or Mid-Scale Casual Dining segment. • Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn quickly and the leadership skills to build and be part of a team • Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Must have exceptional work ethic

Assists the Management Team in executing the “I Love It Here” guest experience.
