Resconcierge (http://resconcierge.com) is a high-touch, and next-level concierge contact center with an omni-channel service offering (phone/SMS/email/live chat). We serve our small and medium sized business clients by consolidating their work flow and serving their clients by delivering an excellent and distinctive experience every time they contact their businesses! We are looking for phone professionals to work from home answering calls, making reservations, handling live chats, managing emails and sending text messages through our state-of-the-art software platform for various clients across the United States. Duties and responsibilities would include: - Provide world class service over the phone to our clients' customers - Cross-selling and up-selling clients to additional services is a MUST - Making and changing reservations - Being a problem solver with service issues/concerns - Performing a variety of administrative tasks during phone downtime - Bringing a positive attitude and energy to every conversation! Requirements:

This is a work from home opportunity; however, you MUST meet ALL of the following requirements in order to apply: - Have high speed internet access of 20 mbps download and 5mbps upload speed or faster from a reliable source - Own a computer LESS THAN 3 YEARS OLD with 64-bit operating system and Windows 10 with all updates installed or OSX 10.9 or higher and 1Ghz-2Ghz processor - Recommended RAM: At least 16 GB RAM - Be tech savvy - Have a quiet room or space to conduct phone calls (no background noise) - Strong typing and computer skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Prior work experience of at least one year in phone sales, customer service or call center support - Driven by performance incentives (a portion of your pay will be based on your sales ability) - AMAZING attitude and ability to HEAR YOU SMILING over the phone Experience needed: - Relevant: 1 year (Preferred) - Sales: 1 year (Preferred) - Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
