Responsible for service in the manner most pleasing to members and their guests. Assures a high standard of: appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining rooms, meeting rooms, bars & ballroom. Supervises and trains dining room staff. •Leads by example in work ethic, performance, appearance demeanor & all interactions with Members & staff alike •Interfaces with all departments in the Club to ensure a seamless experience for members & guests •Schedules all service staff •Hires, trains, supervises, disciplines and evaluates dining room & banquet staff •Communicates daily with other F & B managers to ensure everyone is informed & consistent on issues related to policies, employees, functions, set-ups, etc. •Develops and continually updates a training manual. Maps out a specific & thorough training program for new hires complete with tests that need to be passed before being able to go on the floor. Provides on-going training for all service staff on a regular basis •Organizes floor plans for dining room & banquet events •Carefully supervises dining room & banquet staff to help assure proper service; jumping in when necessary •Inspects dining room & banquet employees to ensure that they are in complete, proper and clean uniforms at all times •Participates in wine tastings, provides input & feedback related to revising the wine list, involved in planning & execution of wine dinners •Maintains proper pars where alcohol & bar items are concerned. Assist with monthly beverage inventory •Directs pre-meal meetings with dining room personnel. Relays information and policy changes and briefs personnel •Assures that all side work is accomplished and that all cleaning of equipment and storage areas is completed according to schedule. •Assures that the dining room and other club areas of responsibility are secure at the end of the business day •Takes reservations and checks table reservation schedules •Greets and seats members and guests as necessary •Performs table checks in a la carte dining – talking to Members, inquiring about the quality of food, service & overall dining experience •Is aware of the Monthly Calendar of Events in Banquets, knows what is coming up and plans accordingly (staffing levels, scheduled start times, etc.) •Reads BEO’s daily and is prepared to answer Member inquiries such as room locations, start times, etc. •Performs duties related to payroll- turning in time sheet reports •Receives and resolves complaints concerning food, beverages and service. Makes upper management aware of these complaints. •Serves as liaison between the service staff and kitchen staff •Assures the correct appearance, cleanliness and safety of dining room areas, equipment and fixtures. Checks the maintenance of all equipment in the dining room and reports deficiencies and maintenance concerns. •Makes suggestions about improvements in dining room service procedures and layout & proactively implements •Participates in physical inventories of service items. Makes upper management aware when pars are low &/or supplies are needed •Monitors dining room labor and makes adjustments as necessary to achieve financial goals & meet Member needs •Assists in service and table side cookery as needed •Attends F & B meetings as necessary •Completes any other tasks as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager or Food & Beverage Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Operates powered equipment in mowing specified golf course areas including: putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and resort ground turf areas. 2. Performs routine bunker maintenance and/or bunker renovation. 3. Performs a variety of labor duties including: Sting trimming, edging, pruning, top-dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks. 4. Maintains ball washers, coolers, trash cans, and tee markers. 5. Operates mechanical loaders in moving soil, debris, and other materials. 6. Participate as support staff on any special projects. 7. Title: Maintenance Tech I Supervisor: Director of Maintenance FLSA Status: Hourly non-exempt General Summary: Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs for a designated building, facilities, and equipment, ensuring technical operations are in proper running order. Perform a variety of ground and troubleshooting tasks such as weekly and monthly checklists, responding to emergency maintenance requests, assisting with renovation, remodeling, and maintaining proper records of scheduled maintenance. Receive work assignments, tasks and daily operational work orders from the Project Coordinator. Essential Job Functions: • Provide timely equipment maintenance & repairs to assure minimal amount of down time. • Advise the Project Coordinator know when you need parts, tools, equipment, etc so they can be ordered in a timely manner. • Have general carpentry knowledge with the ability to build and or assemble shelving, workbenches, fences, doors, walls and equipment, etc. • Repair and maintain records on all electrical, plumbing, HVAC . • Have general electrical knowledge in wiring, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances • General plumbing to include but not limited to the ability to repair and troubleshoot leaks, breaks, clogged lines and drains and maintain septic system. • General masonry skills such as lay forms, mix, pour and finish concrete for buildings, sidewalks and slabs • Conduct all necessary chemical and pressure tests for the pools and spas and maintain appropriate maintenance records for government agencies. • Assure that the buildings and their physical plants are monitored and overseen in such a way that the organizations assets do not deteriorate beyond ordinary usage. • Assist in the development and maintaining a comprehensive inventory plan. • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with Project Coordinator, Maintenance • Director and all other departments of ICC and the Tavistock Group by staying current with their operational facility needs. • Supervise and provide feedback regarding all contract services to include cleaning, electricians, heating and cooling, plumbers, landscapers, etc. to assure that all work is of an appropriate quality and completed on a timely basis. • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance, by wearing the Isleworth uniform (see Uniform matrix) and name badge. • Help maintain all tools and equipment that this department has to make sure everything is in a safe operating order.
