ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Operates powered equipment in mowing specified golf course areas including: putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and resort ground turf areas. 2. Performs routine bunker maintenance and/or bunker renovation. 3. Performs a variety of labor duties including: Sting trimming, edging, pruning, top-dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks. 4. Maintains ball washers, coolers, trash cans, and tee markers. 5. Operates mechanical loaders in moving soil, debris, and other materials. 6. Participate as support staff on any special projects. 7. Report any and all abnormalities on the golf course. 8. Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise. MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Comply with Isleworth Golf & Country Club policies and procedures. 2. Communicate daily with staff and other departments in regard to duties and activities. 3. Verifies identification of persons who aren’t recognized by face •Inspects the safety, cleanliness and preparedness of the assignment (gatehouse, patrol vehicle or boat) prior to accepting the post •Reviews all hard or electronic communications regarding events/activities which are scheduled during shift •Reviews and responds to all communications regarding gate access •Maintains an accurate and complete log of all gate access and any items left at the gate (mail, packages, keys, etc.) •Provides traffic enforcement and control of vehicles entering , leaving or driving within Isleworth (in accordance with the Isleworth traffic regulations) •Investigates and reports any incidents that affect the safety and security of persons or property within Isleworth. Takes statements as required •Records and documents shift activities in the appropriate places •Conducts vehicle patrol and enforces speed limit and vehicle rules and regulations. •Conducts visual and physical surveys of unoccupied residences and construction sites. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • The Tennis Professional will provide private and group lessons to juniors, ladies and men. • Develop with Director of Tennis a comprehensive program for adults and juniors including competitive and recreational activities. • Run/coach ladies’ team practice • Administer the Ladies’ teams by supervising the Captain’s Council, its rules and regulations and all team tennis related issues. • Run and organize tournament and events, promote all programs • Help members with Tennis Shop sales • String rackets, communicate with the Director of Tennis regarding program status and strategies for growth • Teach exclusively using 10 and Under USTA guidelines for juniors 4-12 years old • Assist with minor court maintenance on our 6 clay courts and one hard court • Serve as Tournament Director for Club Championships, Socials and any special events.
Essential Qualifications: • Must have a at least four (4) years experience in a private club setting • Must have the latest education that will allow you to design the teaching curriculum for the Club. • Must be a USPTA Elite Professional or higher. • Must be a minimum 5.0 player. • Must have a 4 year degree. • Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment. • Must be service oriented. • Must be able to maintain good relations with other employees, supervisors and members. • Must be computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, write, and speak).

Essential Job Functions: • Plans, monitors and supervises Youth activities. • Hires, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates Youth program staff • Plans and oversees Bull pen operations (Kids’ Room) • Plan and implement strategies to increase member and youth participation during events. • Works closely with the Membership Director to maintain accurate demographic information on the children of club members using the Jonas System. • Plan, organize and conduct training programs, as needed, for the staff to ensure that the staff is knowledgeable and has the information they need for each Youth event. • Assist Clubhouse Manager in the promotion of all club activities and events. • Designs and utilizes designated spaces for youth activities. • Participates in the development of the Youth Program budget. • Prepares written and oral reports concerning program activities, objectives and effectiveness. • Reviews and Analyzes monthly financial reports relevant to the Youth Program and Concierge Services; recommends corrective action strategies to help assure that budget goals are met. • Works with members to plan and evaluate ongoing educational and entertainment programs. • Effectively respond to member comments in accordance with Club standards, policies and rules; uses ideas, feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members. • Develops multiple and diverse revenue-generating summer camp activities for the children of club members. • Leads a variety of activities, events and programs designed to benefit and enrich the Youth Program participants. • Provides consistent, quality of service to all members and their children • Plans, Designs and Oversees birthday and holiday parties for the members’ children • Produces children’s communications and marketing material and ensures that all promotional and marketing material are current. • Work with appropriate club personnel to develop strategies for increasing member usage, improving overall member satisfaction and defining benchmarking opportunities to measure success of these efforts. • Organizes and Oversees children’s activities for Family Night Buffets • Oversees and Manages the lifeguard and swim lesson staff. • Interacts with other departments to promote youth programs. • Maintains a clean work and storage area. • Attends weekly F&B Meetings and Bi-Weekly Leadership Meetings and meets with Clubhouse Mgr • Completes payroll in a timely and accurate manner. • Attendance and punctuality is critical due to the accessibility to members during hours of operations, scope of responsibilities, and impact on other positions and department.
Essential Qualifications: • Has at least 3-5 years of management experience in Youth Programming, Education or Recreation, in a similar high-end private club setting. A Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable, preferably in Recreation or Hospitality Management • Strong organization skills are a must • Friendly, outgoing personality and interacts well with staff, members and guests. • The ability to see the big picture and set goals for his/her team. • Has a service oriented mentality to coincide with the Tavistock Groups mission, “only the best” in everything we do. • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jonas Software and Outlook.
