As a warehouse driver you will represent TASTE at all times, while helping the company meet its overall goals: • Delivering items from the TASTE warehouse and kitchen to each of our 10 stores in the Hampton Roads area • Maintaining set routes and route schedules to suit the needs of the locations • Keeping vehicle clean, with written vehicle maintenance schedule and log • Handling diverse and/or additional warehouse and kitchen needs as they arise • General warehouse duties and maintenance as assigned by Warehouse Manager *Must be able to lift 75-100lbs *Must have reliable transportation *Must be 21 years old *Must be detail oriented and very organized

Requirements:

As a warehouse driver, you will be required to: -Lift a minimum of 75-100 pounds daily -Drive nearly 100 miles each shift -Have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of valid insurance -Follow directions and task lists -Have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills -Have a flexible schedule to account for traffic delays and issues as they arise -Stand and sit for long periods of time, with constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching and turning during each shift A good candidate will have prior experience with: -Making deliveries, reading and using order forms/spreadsheets, pricing and packaging product and maintaining inventory standards -Forklift operations -Mechanical background for vehicle upkeep with diesel engines
