Bar Back Are you the person always jumping to help others? Are you interested in becoming a Bartender, but lack the experience behind the bar? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. Our Bar Backs assist Bartenders to ensure a smooth flow in our bar and lounge areas. When a keg needs to be tapped, beer needs to be restocked, or dishes need to be taken to the kitchen, our Bar Backs are always there! A Bar Back is responsible for keeping areas fully stocked and dishes cleared. Your contributions set the service pace in our bar areas and have a meaningful impact on the entire restaurant operation. Bar Backs safely work with items of extreme heat or cold temperatures and prioritize safety and proper food and beverage handling procedures. As a Bar Back, you can gain valuable front of house experience with the opportunity to advance in the service industry.
