An Expeditor ensures that all kitchen orders are not only prepared in a timely manner but also to appropriate specifications and correct presentation. Hot food hot – cold food cold. As the Expeditor, it is essential to maintain composure while keeping the synchronized flow from kitchen to table with minimal error. You will not only be the liaison between the kitchen and servers but also set the pace for our guests and the entire restaurant operation.
