Position Summary This position is responsible for ensuring all food safety and quality compliance for our Dallas production facility. Ensuring all USDA and FDA requirements are met on a daily basis. Implementing and developing quality strategies. Executing and improving on site operations and procedures which are consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values. You will collaborate with all Central Unit Production team members, address critical issues and championing external efforts to ensure food quality and safety.


Key Accountabilities • Oversee and Develop Food Safety and Quality Programs • Audit Facilities for Compliance • Training and Coach CPU/Store personnel on Food Safety and Quality • Ensure all applicable Federal, State and Local Regulations are followed (USDA and FDA) • Prepare programs to be FSMA compliant • Maintain and oversee USDA and FDA HACCP programs

Qualifications • Degree in Science or related field, or commensurate work experience • Minimum 5 years Food Manufacturing Quality and Food Safety • USDA manufacturing experience • Writing and implementing food safety and quality programs • Communication and Presentation skills • Excellent Computer Skills
