Ring drink orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests for drinks served and make change. 11. Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in agreement with Logan’s Roadhouse standards. 12. Wash and sterilize stemware. 13. Be attentive! Offer your assistance before the guests has to ask for it. 14. Count drinks Guests are served. 15. Place current bar tabs in front of Guests at all times. 16. Anticipate your guest’s needs. Follow the half-full rule when offering another drink. Be alert of guest signals (raising a hand, looking directly at you, etc.), and acknowledge the guest so they know you will be right with them. 17. Responsible service of alcohol. Should a guest reach the state you do not feel they should drive, we will supply a taxi. Do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary. 18. Complies with tips policy. 19. Concierge/Guest Relations incumbent must be the Ambassador of the Cinema. Greet every Customer with a smile and be professional when assisting them with any and all services. Assist Customers with printing out tickets and efunding tickets when necessary. Greet all Customers upon arrival to theatre. Assist guests by answering phones and returning e-mails in a timely & professional manner. Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of Customers. Assist Customers with all pertinent information as required. Provide feedback from customers to Managers for action and / or attention.

The In Theater Service Runner's primary job responsibility is to run food to the guests dining in the restaurant area or to the movie theater for all ITS orders. The incumbent will be expected to interact with guests, fellow staff members, and supervisors in a polite, courteous and hospitable manner to ensure all guests have an exemplary dining experience. The Runner will also act as a liaison between the ITS staff and the kitchen staff.
