The S&M Bartender (S&MB) is a bartender who is a bartender who knows their craft! They know the difference between whiskey, bourbon and scotch. They can explain the difference and know brands of each. They have this level of knowledge of all categories of spirit. They have a large drink repertoire. They know their pour counts. They are engaging to guests and can create a fun atmosphere in the bar area. This is a tipped position

The S&M Concierge (S&MC) will be the first contact with the guests. The S&MC is always smiling, knows all the answers and can help guide the guests into a great experience. The main job of the S&MC will be to navigate the guests through our menu, take and ring in their order, and handle cash. This person should be a social person, enjoy talking to people, have a passion for food and for giving great customer service. This is a tipped position

The S&M Expert (S&ME) will be the person that knows everything! They will be taking care of the guests at the table. Taking orders, filling drinks, running food, closing checks, handling cash will be the basic requirements. What will separate the S&ME is that they will take it to the next level. They will make sure that every table is having a great time! They will offer samples, offer hot sauce tastings, be engaging, telling jokes, etc. To put it simply the S&ME is similar to a server, but they are taking it to the next level, they are an expert! This will be a tipped position.
