The Sales Person will spend time with customers in order to determine their needs, wants, and discuss options. They will commit to becoming an expert on vehicle information and technology. The Sales Person will test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features, follow up with customers, and continue business relations. They will also follow up with existing customers to ensure retention, and confirm satisfaction.
•Valid driver's license with clean driving history, and 3 years of driving experience.

We are seeking highly a motivated individual to join our team at BMW of South Albany for the position of PT Valet. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, strong initiative, and be a team player.
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Valet include but are not limited to:
•Cleaning loaner service vehicles before delivery
•Moving customers' vehicles from the service drive to designated parking areas immediately after write-up
•Performing other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
•Activities performed in a manner and time-frame that is acceptable to company.
•Punctuality in reporting to work
•Valid driver's license
•Be self motivated.
-Answers telephones and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
-Greets and directs visitors. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
-Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax number, company website and other related information.
-Provides clerical/administrative support
-Be able to manage cashier's functions.
-Researches cash receipts, posting of receipts, and prepare daily bank deposit .
-Researches and applies unallocated cash.
