We’re looking for energetic people with a genuine love for Portillo’s to create a unique, one-of-a-kind experience for our guests. Open Interviews: 5 Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, IL 60173 How to find us: Directly behind Red Robin As a Part Time, Seasonal retail employee, your job is to fuel the passion and excitement our fans have for Portillo’s and make their pop-up experience the best it can be. You will help promote and facilitate holiday catering orders, sell merchandise and apparel, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Responsibilities: • Energetic and friendly interactions with guests • Party Planning – catering ordering • Foster a positive culture and environment with team • Retail sales • Ensuring guest safety around pop-up props • Preventing damages to pop-up displays and activations The Ideal Candidate Will: • Have excellent communication, organization and planning skills • Have the ability to work as a team and take direction from superiors • Be tech-savvy (know how to use computers, tablets, and navigate the internet) • Have experience in the retail industry – this is a plus, not a requirement • Have scheduling flexibility over the holiday season • Be willing to work extended hours • Possess the ability to adapt quickly and problem solve with available tools • Have reliable transportation to and from shifts • Embody a genuine love for Portillo’s!
