We’re seeking an experienced craft bartender with a passion for hospitality, mixology, and Mexican cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare craft cocktails to recipe and with consistency
Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable bar service
Recommend tequila, mezcal, and cocktail pairings
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Support teammates and contribute to a positive bar environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or craft bar setting
Strong knowledge of Mexican spirits, tequila, mezcal, and cocktail culture
Familiarity with Mexican cuisine is a plus
Must be at least 21 years old
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Job Summary:
As a Cook at Cabos Cantina, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen preparing fresh, flavorful modern Mexican dishes. You’ll be responsible for executing recipes, maintaining high food quality and presentation, and keeping your station clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Cabos’ modern Mexican recipes and standards
Ensure food quality, flavor, and presentation are consistently excellent
Follow prep lists and maintain proper food storage and labeling
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment
Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries
Work efficiently and communicate clearly with fellow kitchen staff and FOH team
Follow all food safety and health department standards
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
Qualifications:
1–2 years of line cook or kitchen experience (Mexican or Latin cuisine a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Team player with a strong work ethic and dependable attitude
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
