Growing Northwest Indiana Community Health Center seeks RN with experience in Obstetric healthcare to join our Prenatal Care Coordination Department. Qualified candidates must be experienced in obstetric nursing, possess exceptional organizational skills, and be proficient in conducting patient prenatal care education. Job requirements include -Performs free pregnancy -Gathers medical/obstetrical history -Provides patient education on pregnancy care -Computer data entry -Performs home visits on prenatal care patients -Participates in prenatal care events and seminars -Assist with NorthShore Health Centers services provided under the PNCC Program
Requirements include valid Indiana State licensing as a Registered Nurse
