To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for assisting and supporting the General Manager in meeting store goals, including covering for the General Manager’s days off • Assists in driving operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts • Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team • Assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement. • Maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policy and Wingstop SOP • Assure that all food is handled, prepared, and served in accordance with Wingstop’s SOP. • Engage in professional conversation with customers to assure that their satisfaction is met. • Address all HR matters that occur during your shift in accordance with the company’s polices • Complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders • Perform daily tasks including but not limited to chicken counts, Figure 8, Position assignments, position task completions, Open workflow, Cash draw deposits, and Closing workflow. • Must be willing to assist all other positions when necessary • Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

A Dishwasher/Busser is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware, utensils, floors, tables and chairs. An organized individual will excel at this position by keeping a tidy dish area, maintain organized food storage areas and assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant, all the while making sure that our customer’s needs are always met. Other duties include: • Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care • Unload delivery trucks supplies and place in proper storage area • Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room • As needed, assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guest
